Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We offer a 7-day return policy—you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To begin a return, simply email us at info@nopabrand.com.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. 

If your return is due to damage or a fault, our team will inspect the item within 7–14 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

Our return policy does not apply to all items. Certain items are excluded from returns — such as, but not limited to, socks, underwear, and any products marked as Final Sale. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, just reach out to us before placing your order, we are happy to assist you.

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery for any reason, no questions asked. As with our standard policy, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging
