Surface and core

Vintage Mahogany's racquet surface is made from 3K carbon fibre, chosen for consistent stiffness under the deep reddish-brown finish. The EVA 17 core, EVA meaning ethylene vinyl acetate, sits beneath it with a white core tuned for a medium sweet spot and a balanced feel between power and control. A matte, sand-textured surface adds enough texture for the strings to grip the ball and hold spin through faster rallies. The build stays the same as the rest of the Vintage line, carried under a darker, more traditional finish.

The Vintage Mahogany explores the darker side of the Vintage collection. Its deep reddish-brown face is informed by polished timber dashboards, lake boats, panelled rooms and aged leather, materials that develop character through use rather than passing fashion.
