Right of Withdrawal

Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from your contract of sale within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice of withdrawal (using the form below) before the 14-day period expires.

Conditions

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Some items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene or other legal reasons. See our Refund Policy for details.

Refunds

Once we have confirmed your withdrawal, we will email you return instructions. After we receive the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges, to your original payment method, within 14 days.
