All garments follow men’s sizing except the ladies only products. To ensure the best fit, we recommend referring to the model images to help guide your selection, each model wears the item as styled, giving you a clear sense of fit and proportion.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your piece, please follow the care label instructions included with each garment. We also recommend washing your items separately for the first few washes, and with like colours thereafter.

Absolutely. Fully in line with the philosophy of our founders, NOPA should be serving all type of players of quality and design. Therefore, all racquets and balls are fully compliant with the regulations set out by the FIP.

NOPA offers four types of padel racquets to suit different players and skill levels. Here’s a quick guide:

• Intermediate/Advanced – Limited Edition:
  Ideal for experienced players who want top performance and exclusive style. These racquets feature our latest technology and limited-run designs for a premium, one-of-a-kind feel.
  
• Intermediate/Advanced – Vintage: Great for advanced players who love a classic look. The Vintage line has retro-inspired designs with modern construction, offering excellent performance with a touch of old-school flair.

• Beginner/Intermediate – Classics:
  Perfect for those new to padel or playing for fun. Our Classics racquets prioritize a forgiving feel and easy control, helping you build confidence on the court.
  
• Kids – Young Heritage: Designed for junior players. These racquets are lighter and smaller, making it easy for kids to learn the game and swing comfortably.

They might look similar, but padel balls are a bit different from tennis balls. For one, padel balls are pressurized to a slightly lower level (around 10–11 psi, versus ~14 psi for tennis balls​)

Padel balls are also just a touch smaller in size than tennis balls. These differences make them perfect for padel’s smaller court and glass walls.

We do offer NOPA padel balls (sold in tubes of three), so be sure to use real and fresh padel balls for the best playing experience.

Our activewear is made from performance fabrics that are lightweight and moisture-wicking, perfect for playing padel or working out.

In contrast, our casual wear uses comfy materials like cotton or cotton-blends, ideal for everyday off-court style.

For example, our quick-dry T-shirts (and quick-dry caps) are part of the activewear line, designed to keep you cool and dry during intense play.

On the other hand, our classic crewneck sweatshirts and cotton tees fall into casual wear, offering soft comfort for relaxing or socializing.

Both lines are stylish, but activewear pieces are built for sweat and movement, while casual pieces prioritize all-day comfort.

Most of our apparel is designed with a unisex fit to be worn by anyone.

Our t-shirts, quick-dry shirts, and caps all use unisex sizing, so they’ll look great on all genders.

The exception are our Yoga Set, which is tailored more toward women (it includes a fitted sports bra top and leggings) and our , crewnecks and socks ( as they are seregated in Him and Her.)

We offer a range of sizes (typically S through L, to accommodate different body types. Be sure to check our size chart for specific measurements, and if you have any doubts just ask – we’re happy to help everyone find the right fit.

Yes! All NOPA caps.
both the classic baseball caps and the quick-dry sports caps are one-size-fits-most with an adjustable strap in the back.

You can easily tighten or loosen the strap to get a snug, comfortable fit.

This means our caps work for nearly all head sizes, from older kids through adults.

Whether you’re wearing it forwards or backwards, you’ll get a secure fit that stays put during play.

Our Yoga Set is a matching two-piece outfit: a supportive sports bra-style top and a pair of high-waisted leggings.

Both pieces are made from our soft, stretchy quick-dry fabric similar to the brands you love and trust all to keep you comfortable during yoga, workouts, or padel warm-ups.

The top provides light support and coverage, and the leggings are "squatproof" with a flexible waistband.

The set is designed to move with you, no slipping or adjusting all so you can focus on your session or game.

Complimentary shipping applies automatically to any order over $150 (or local equivalent) – so every racquet purchase, or a full basket of accessories over $150, ships free. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. All orders ship DDP, so there are no import taxes or customs fees to pay on arrival.

We ship worldwide* – across Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, the GCC & Middle East, much of Asia, Australia & New Zealand, and selected destinations across Africa and the Americas. For regulatory, carrier-coverage and fraud-prevention reasons we do not currently ship to: most of South America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay and Ecuador are served); all of Africa except South Africa; sanctioned or embargoed regions; and certain remote territories and islands. If you're an EU consumer, the right of withdrawal lets you cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without needing to explain why. It's separate from, and more generous than, our standard 7-day return policy. See our Right of Withdrawal page for full details.

This applies to orders delivered within the European Union. If your order was delivered elsewhere, our standard 7-day return policy applies instead.

14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. It's enough to send us your notice of withdrawal before that window closes, you don't need to have shipped the item back yet.

No. Under EU law, you can withdraw for any reason, or no reason at all, we won't ask.

Visit our Right of Withdrawal page and follow the two steps there. You'll need your order number, the date you received the goods, and your racquet's serial number.

It's the 7-digit number stamped near the throat of the racquet, just below the head. We use it to confirm exactly which racquet you're withdrawing from.

Unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, the same condition as our standard returns.

Most are, but some items may be excluded for hygiene or other legal reasons. Check our Refund Policy if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

Once we confirm your withdrawal, we'll email you full return instructions, including everything you need to know about sending the item back.

Once we've confirmed your withdrawal and received the item back, we refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges, to your original payment method within 14 days.

Not quite. Our standard policy gives you 7 days and refunds as store credit. The EU right of withdrawal gives EU customers 14 days and a refund to your original payment method instead. Full comparison is in our Refund Policy.

The name NOPA stands for our love of the game and our commitment to No Ordinary Padel Aesthetic (just kidding, it doesn’t officially stand for anything, but we like to think it embodies our fun, inclusive spirit!).

Our focus is on quality and design, we use top-notch materials in our racquets and create apparel that looks good while handling the demands of the sport.

In short, NOPA is all about giving players the equipment and clothing that makes them feel confident and game ready, whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out.

We do supply a limited number of physical stores and clubs, although there may not be one close to

your location just yet. We are expanding our physical presence in several countries. If you are a
